Yo, this place was solid. The room I had was spacious and decked out nicely. The spa? Total lifesaver after a day of walking around. Staff were super chill, always around to help. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. Could've gone for some fruit slices instead of the usual heavy stuff.

Very nice spa access

Thoroughly enjoyed its very pleasant and friendly staff.

The meals were excellent. There were great beds and an electronic key card, multi-channel TV and a study table inside the room. Nice location almost in the center of the city was a plus. What's more, it was very close to the Market Square and other central historical places, good resturants and pubs and popular tourist attractions.

The Olympic-sized swimming pool was a refreshing highlight, perfect for morning swims before heading out to explore Lviv.

I was disappointed to find out that the spa services weren't available at the times I wanted. It limited my ability to enjoy the full relaxation experience.

Stylish hotel, fairly clean, pretty friendly staff, location close to Schevchenko avenue was ideal. The breakfast was abundant, with a lot of meals. Food was outstanding and I have nothing but relaxing memories from this trip.

Delighted with the location, friendly staff, and excellent spa facilities! My stay was enriched by comfortable accommodations and the good pool area.

I struggled with the lingering sewage smell in the bathroom and the breakfast timing was inconvenient, starting too late for my plans. These issues added frustration to my experience.

This place suits me perfectly! The fitness center, indoor pool, and excellent 24-hour reception meet all my needs. On my first stay, staff returned my shower bag that I forgot. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The spa facilities were a true highlight, especially the relaxation rooms that provided a serene escape after a long day. The non-smoking room had an unpleasant tobacco odor that lingered throughout the stay, and breakfast options could benefit from less salty choices. Despite these minor issues, the friendly staff and great service were good.

We enjoyed our stay with our child, especially the access to the Eurosport fitness club. The staff really went out of their way to make everything smooth, and the breakfast was surprisingly good-lots of tasty, freshly made dishes to choose from.

My wife says that a playground or kids' activities would be great for families.
